Top up with USDT and USDC

Send USDT or USDC from any crypto wallet or exchange — or receive a transfer from another Magic user. No bank account, no Magic fee.

The card is topped up directly with stablecoins. Send USDT or USDC to the address in the app — 1–3 minutes after 1 network confirmation the amount lands on your balance in US dollars. We credit exactly what arrives: Magic charges no top-up fee.

Before you send: five rules

Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed. Neither Magic nor the network can cancel a transfer or pull funds back. Two minutes of checking before you press “Send” is the only protection that works.
  1. Take the address only from the appOpen the app, tap “Top up”, choose the coin and network, then copy the address or scan the QR code on that screen. Magic never sends top-up addresses by message, email or chat. An address you got any other way is a scam.
  2. Each network has its own addressA TRON address doesn’t work on BNB Chain or Polygon, and vice versa. Send only over the network selected in the app: a transfer over another network won’t arrive, and it usually can’t be recovered.
  3. Send the coin you choseChose USDT — send USDT; chose USDC — send USDC. Any other token (TRX, BNB, BTC, ETH and others) sent to this address won’t be credited.
  4. Check the amountThe minimum depends on the network: USDT on TRON — 20 USDT; USDT and USDC on BNB Chain and Polygon — 1. The sender pays the network fee — your wallet or exchange takes it, not Magic. Send enough that at least the minimum reaches us.
  5. Check the address and wait for the creditBefore confirming, check the whole address — malware can swap addresses in your clipboard. Funds arrive 1–3 minutes after 1 network confirmation. Don’t send a second transfer “just in case”: if the first one is confirmed on-chain but not credited, contact support in the app and include the transaction hash.

If you’ve already made a mistake

Contact support in the app straight away and include the transaction hash, the network and the amount. We’ll check what can be done, but please understand: funds sent to a wrong address, on another network or in another coin are usually beyond anyone’s reach. That’s how blockchains work, not a Magic policy.

Your balance

Your balance is held in US dollars. When you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the Visa rate on the processing date; you see the final amount in the app before you confirm.
