Referral Program Rules

Magic referral program rules: who can invite, tiers, the card reward and the share of markup, and what is not allowed.

Effective date: 13 September 2026

1. General terms

1.1 The Magic referral program allows you to receive rewards for users you invite. You take part by sharing your personal link from the Invite friends section of the app (a link to the web app or to the Telegram bot).

1.2 The program has two levels: the 1st level is users you invite directly; the 2nd level is users invited by the people you invited. There is no third level.

1.3 Magic may change or end the program with prior notice on the website. The notice period is at least 30 days. Rewards already credited are kept.

1.4 These Rules form part of the Terms of Service. The same terms apply in the Partner program.

2. Who can participate

2.1 Verified users with an issued card can invite others.

2.2 An invited user counts if they are new to Magic (have not registered before), signed up with your link and got a card.

3. Rewards

3.1 Magic’s income (markup) is 2% of the amount of every card purchase and $15 per card issued. Your reward is a share of this markup; the share depends on your tier — the number of invited users who count.

TierInvitedPer card issuedOf markup2nd level (to the inviter)
Tier 10–4$320%—
Tier 25–49$4.5030%$1.50 + 10%
Tier 350+$640%$1.50 + 10%

3.2 The 2nd-level reward depends on the tier of your invitee who brought in the 2nd-level user (last column of the table), not on your own tier. That tier is determined as in clause 3.3 — at the time the 2nd-level user gets their card. Therefore no 2nd-level reward accrues for the first 5 users invited by your invitee — neither for card issuance nor for purchases; for each subsequent user you receive $1.50 for card issuance and 10% of the markup on their purchases.

3.3 The share of purchases and the card issuance reward are determined by your tier at the time the invited user gets their card and do not change for that user. After you move up a tier, the new terms apply to users who get their card after the move. A tier is assigned forever and never goes down.

3.4 The share of purchases is calculated from payment transactions only. Top-ups, cash withdrawals, refunds and declined transactions are not counted.

3.5 The share of purchases accrues for life — for as long as the invited user uses the card and the Magic service operates.

3.6 Rewards are credited in USD and shown in the app: available to withdraw, in processing, paid out. Withdrawing moves the available amount to your Magic account.

3.7 Additional offers for invited users, if any, are announced in the app.

4. What is prohibited

4.1 The following is prohibited:

  • registering your own additional accounts via your link (self-referrals);
  • mass mailings, spam, and placing the link in a context that misrepresents the product’s terms;
  • paid advertising using the Magic brand without our written consent;
  • promising returns or “guaranteed earnings”.

4.2 A breach results in cancellation of rewards and exclusion from the program. Magic may also apply the measures provided for in the Terms of Service.

5. Taxes

5.1 Referral rewards may be treated as income. You are responsible for declaring them and paying any applicable taxes. Magic does not provide tax advice.
