1. Status of Magic
1.1 Magic is a service operated by ATLAS PAY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with Business Registration Number 79950367, whose registered office is at Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Magic provides a software service that gives you access to payment cards.
1.2 Magic is not a financial institution — including a credit institution, an electronic-money issuer or an investment firm — and does not provide banking services.
2. Card issuer
2.1 Payment cards are issued by our licensed issuing partner in accordance with the rules of the card scheme. Issuing partner: a payment institution licensed in Singapore; card scheme: Visa.
2.2 Your relationship in respect of the card is governed by the Cardholder Agreement.
3. Card balances
3.1 Funds credited to the card balance are not a deposit. They are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme of any country.
3.2 The record of your balance is maintained by the operator as described in clause 6 of the Terms of Service; the issuing partner’s records govern the card transactions it processes.
4. Identity verification
4.1 Identity verification is carried out by Sumsub. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Digital assets
5.1 Digital assets, including USDT and USDC, are not legal tender and are not issued by any government. Using them involves risks described in the Risk Disclosure.
6. No offer, no advice
6.1 The information on this website does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract in jurisdictions where such services are restricted. See Restricted Countries and Territories.
